adding in a bunch of minigames will drastically slow down play, for what seems like fairly minor benefits, especially if the rules for each minigame have to be explained.

small note, the heavy/ light armor distinction disappears for magical armor. lesser armor grants a +2 item bonus to AC, greater +3 etc.

there is the "Fight Defensively" combat maneuver, which increases your AC by 2 as a move action. the only restriction is that you can't charge in the same round.

I believe you only have to do two movements, but the first 5 feet each round don't count. At higher levels, the free forced  movement is more useful then the easily negated damage.

3rd circle seems a bit powerful. a move action AOE save or suck with no encounter limitations? 15 HP seems like a fairly low price to pay for that.

Due to how [resistance] stacks, you actually get [Greater resistance] at circle 5. when you have two sources of [lesser resistance], they merge into [resistance], and when you have [resistance] and [lesser resistance], they merge into [greater resistance].

Also, assuming you mean the 3 pt. armor enchantment, Fortress isn't a bracketed term ad it would be more elegant to say "teat your armor as having the Fortress enchantment" or just list the effects without having the player cross-reference the  item rules. If you don't mean the enchantment, I would change the name to avoid confusion and define the term.

if we use the class "Shaman" in the loosest sense, a very common shaman build includes a racial track and any other two tracks (that are neither Judgement nor Esoterica Radica) by using Shaman's Path and a normal multiclass to strip the character of any semblance of shamanhood. This is very common because it pretty much allows you to get any three tracks you want without having to use a feat on Guild Initiation (as long as you take a race with an associated track). As far as shamans who actually bother with being shaman-y, your build seems like a fairly logical thing to do.

you may want to consider how this works with [Volley] effects. Their main limitations are that they only deal the damage of the attack and they only apply to a couple of your attacks per round. Imagine someone using Whirlwind with this track and applying the condensed attack to EVERYONE in melee range.

Perhaps you want something besides a Misc. +1 and being good at a skill for your racial abilities. Also +2/+2/-2 stat modifiers provide a  different bit of flavor, especially when using the standard array instead of point buy.

I was under the impression that Savvy Librarian collapses ALL the knowledge skills into one, but only for the purposes of identifying creatures, and by extension, Tactical Insight.

Q260: is there any reason why the Sophisticated enchantment couldn't add [Arcane] to a weapon, and since "This property never counts towards the number of weapon properties chosen for a weapon" would you get another weapon property as well?

Q258: suppose a creature reduces the durations of all conditions by one [Round] through Dragon 4th circle, and halves the duration of [Fatigued] through the [Undead] or [Construct] creature types. would the duration of the [Fatigued] condition on such a creature be (normal duration/2)-1 or (normal duration-1)/2 (assuming it has a duration less than [Encounter])?
