I wrestled with the concept of  1 off circles myself and ultimately came to the same conclusion, that at that level of fine tuning, you would be sacrificing power for flexibility and ultimately, only the people who would research extensively would win.

It was an awesome article, well formatted and explained reasonings is a logicial and understandable manner.
