Ok.  Here is the first draft for my character sheet.  See Meat Nick in the notes block:

Haha, I did it too.
MOOD SONG

Nicholas Emit Jr. 2nd
Short Biography: Son of a wealthy stock holder and owner of a popular but expensive cosmetic brand, he is governed by strict and normally absent parents; but a wide variety of private classes has given Nick a broader outlook on life and so he is generally easy going and very perceptive of his suroundings.

And The Long Version
Spoiler
It all started with a lucky break for Michael Emit, Nick's father, who practically won the lottery buying stock in a then unknown Japanese firmware company. After he began seeing cash big time, his wife, Julia, took an unofficial loan from him to buy out a dying cosmetic company in France. At first while managing her new business from the States she changed the name to CrystalCraft and oversaw its immediate success with the teenage demographic. The brand name was much cheaper then, but after more development it started to become more popular with the older crowd and so she took a dramatic leap- which happened to include the birth of her second child, Nicholas- and moved to France and began turning her business into a major competitor in fashion make-up. This move originally began with just herself while her husband and two children remained in the states for three more years with infrequent visits; but Michael was no less busy while he indirectly directed the movement of his Japanese Firmware Company.

Juliet was age five and Michael age three when they and their father finally made the trip to be with their mother. However, this move allowed Michael to take very frequent trips to Japan- though on odd occasions with the company of his son or daughter- and so he was gone frequently; but not much more than a year later Michael's wife gave birth to another son they named Mike- short for Michael.
Julia was still very involved with her cosmetic business so she and Michael tried to make up for their not being around by sending them off to various tutors and private classes for a wide variety of topics. As such their kids lived a very experience enriched life but also under strict discipline. Juliet became very rebellious at around age 11 or 12 and liked to skip out as often as possible from all the various activities that were planned; and when she was 17 she was more often away from home than not, and now at age 18 she hasn't been heard from in awhile. Everyone believes she fell in with a gang involved in drug dealing and who knows what else.

Mike is now age 12 and he seems to absorb everything from Spanish to computer science and nearly everything in between, but he looks highly to Nick.
Nick, now age 16, had taken a great interest to some of the martial arts classes his parents had him sent to. He never really got the hang of performing a proper kick or learning grapples, but it was the mindset that comes from martial arts. He knew it isn't always a matter of knowing the right technique or being strong enough but instead that perception is key and often more important than anything physical, which he seems to have mastered quite well as very little surprises him and he often seems to know before anything even happens.

Mike, Nick, and Juliet along with their parents are all locals to the Cadic Academy area inside a large secluded wooded estate North a few miles North of the Campus. All three are technically enrolled at Cadic but now Juliet is all but unheard of. Mike makes nearly straight A's but usually A- because nothing is perfect and Nick is usually quietly gliding through the campus with nearly every girl "secretly" admiring him when he is not in class. On top of that, nearly every teacher and faculty member seems to adore him as well though he has done nothing special to deserve any such attention with mostly average grades and nearly zero aptitude for sports.

Nick's Family Member's Individual Bios:
Spoiler
Nick's Father
Spoiler
Michael Emit:
Personality: Intuitive, Thinking, Enthusiastic, Idealistic
Ethnicity: Spanish/German American
Physical Characteristics: Light build at 5' 10" and age 39, Thick brown hair, Glasses, Wears a casual suit and tie on most occasions.

Michael is a financial pioneer who is always looking for the easiest way to earn a buck, it just happens that he scored big time on one of the biggest opportunities of anyone's life by investing in a very successful business before anyone could know it would be successful. However, he isn't just lucky; he is very observant and takes the time to research as much as possible before making a decision. As a computer engineer major of a community college, he also knows his way around computers which is what brought him to O-Tech, a Japanese firmware developement company.

He invested in a few other things for sure, but O-Tech is a special little egg to him. He feels like he helped give birth to it and it is a company involved in computers- which he knows quite well- so it was only natural for him to become more directly involved. That being said, he is often away from his family on trips to Japan and occassionally, but not infrequently, bringing his wife or kids with him.

He isn't exactly neglectful to his kids and he does love them, but O-Tech means a great deal to him too, and it does pay for his and his family's way of life and allowed his wife to develope her very successful cosmetic business; as such, he can appear to be un-sensitve to the needs of his children. Many people think Juliet is the result of his neglectfulness but while it saddens him that she has turned to such a dark way of life, he believe it is her right as a person to find her own way and he would never turn her away if she ever asked for help and that goes for all his children as well. He is very proud of both Mike and Nick and even Juliet- if just for being decisive in her life.

Nick's Mother
Spoiler
Julia Emit:
Personality: Inquisitive, Extroverted, Energetic, Thoughtful
Ethnicity: English/Italiano American
Physical Characteristics: Thin- near super-model build- at age 38, Black hair, Wears makeup (black eyeliner with light brown masquera and lipstic), Typically wears skirts lengthed just below the knees and usually a matching top both colored in earthly tones.

Julia is a high energy girl with a passion for fashion and being around other people with the latest new fashion and accessories. She was born into a very well-to-do family and you could say she had already been accustomed to living with such wealth as her husband had given her.

However, she isn't just your typical rich brat. She has a mind for the real world and had chosen to go out and work in it; though that could have been just so she could be around more people. So she got a job waitressing at a busy little diner in downtown San Fransisco, and she loved it. At that time she was already wearing the latest trends of clothing, but nothing "too expensive" and she was deeply interested in each person that came into the bar. After nearly a year of working there she met Michael, and because his community college was only a few miles away, he enjoyed returning, so they hit it off. She enjoyed his deep knowlege and it often involved money in some way so when he asked her out and later to marry her, the only thing she could think of was, "why not?"

After less than a year of being married and living mostly off her waitressing job, Michael had struck gold on his new company investment. One day, after a little over seven months of pregnancy, and alone and bored because Michael went on his first trip to Japan, she felt the ambitious adventuresness her husband always seems to have, and started the initial research that led to her buying out a foreign closing cosmetic industry business that she turned into the now widely known, "Crystal-Craft". She spent a lot of time researching, first looking into stocks for various clothes designers and sellers and like a nail, the french cosmetic company knocked her interests through the roof. She called her husband frequently and multiple times every day to talk about one thing or another. He didn't understand fashion, but he did understand money and how the market works.

Juliet was born August third, at 10:21 AM and on that day, during labor, Julia made her decision about buying that closing company, she said that would be Michael's punishment for putting her through that; but after seeing her new daughter, she had completely forgotten about it until her husband mentioned it on their way back home with Juliet. So, exhaustion and all, they went through with the sale that very next morning. Michael supported her every step of the way and it was a long road of building up management for the french store from America, and dealing with all the various red-tape that goes with owning a foreign business from a foreign nation. Juliet was five years old when Nicholas was born and immediately after recovering from giving birth to NIcholas, she made her very first trip to Paris which lasted three year before the rest of her family would come up to join them. The only reason she went by herself at all, was to help finalize a few very important decisions, and rigorously supervise the developement until she felt certain the company was stable enough and only made the decision to move the family there because she knew the business could grow into something better and wanted to be there to push it forward. The money also made it a very justifiable decision and Michael thought Paris would be a great place to bring up his children and he was already too used to his frequent trips to Japan anyways to even consider moving there.

Nick's Older Sister
Spoiler
Juliet Emit:
Personality: Willful, Idealistic, Intuitive, Adventurous
Ethnicity: English/Spanish/Italiano American
Physical Characteristics: In very good shape at 5' 8" and age 18, Smoothe straight black hair grown to her waiste, dresses in a gothic manner: make-up (black eyeliner, white masquera and dark lipstic), wears loose fit clothing, usually dark tones.

Juliet grew into a rich lifestyle but quickly turned away from it starting at age 12. She didn't like that so much of her time was spent on random stupid bull-shit that she would never really use and decided that if that kind of lifestyle would become the rest of her life she would rather be homeless with all the free time to do what she pleased. She doesn't hate her parents, she just became too detached from them to really face them again, and she knows if she tried they wouldn't be around when she needed them to and she would probably just leave again anyways. She is slightly impatient and a bit impulsive. She does like to learn some things, like how to shoot a gun, and she became pretty good at that before she even left home- even though her parents knew nothing about it- and she has since been caught up in some very shady groups.

Unbeknownst to anyone in her family, she is a member of a sub-gang to the Albanian Mafia, assisting with drugs and weapon trafficking throughuot paris, but her group stays within the confines of Sceaux and a few other neighboring suburbs within the outskirts of Paris where they manage a few brothels, pubs, a single small casino on the inside border of paris, drug running, and occasionally kidnapping and human trafficking.

While not doing drugs herself, except a little pot here and there, she does manage to keep herself relatively clean and is a respectable member from among her peers, but she will never admit to her rich up-bringing and who her real parents and family are- another reason for never going home.

Nick's Younger Brother
Spoiler
Mike Emit:
Personality: Inquisitive, Energetic, Ambitious, Adventurous
Ethnicity: English/Spanish/Italiano American
Physical Characteristics: Athletic at age 12, Black hair combed to the side, and usually dressed in a button-up collar shirt and black or khaki pants/shorts.

Mike is like the "perfect kid". "Energetic," "Quick to learn," "Eager to learn," "Always considerate," are just a few of the good things said about him. Very much the opposite to his only and older sister, or as most people see it.

Mike isn't just a goody-two-shoes though. He always helps out his friends, rarely rats people out, and had even gotten into a fist fight once because the other kid wouldn't stop being a bully. He pretty much lost the fight in the end, but he managed to pull off a pretty good fight; even Jim was impressed, before giving everyone involved a weeks detention and nearly discussing his own wrestling career. Mike and the other kid were both given an extra week and a halfs detention.

Mike gets along well with both his siblings, he especially looks up to Nick but he is always happy to see his big sis too. Also, ever since his only fight he has been more interested in the martial arts instructions. Coincidently, Nick has been more interested too who and often accompanies him along with Nick's best friend Oliver.

Description:
Cyrille can come off as slightly bipolar at times. Most of the time she's as extremely laid back and lackadaisical, but when caught in the throws of dissecting a particularly complex system or executing a particular flavor of mayhem, usually the sort that involves plenty of fire, she becomes almost manic in her energy. Underlying all of this is a deep vein of irreverence and curiosity that, more often than not, is what actually gets her in trouble.

Cyrille has a very pale complexion with long, teal and blue, hair that she usually wears in a pair of tails. She habitually wears a halter top and cargo pants with a jacket tide around her waist. She can almost always be seen with a pair of large, studio monitor, headphones and a sports "water" bottle. When there aren't any teachers around, it's common for her to start smoking a kretek and passing around the vodka. More rarely she can be found smoking a blunt or popping some amphetamines, but those tend to be reserved for special occasions, like winding down from a particularly hairy Xana attack or gearing up for one.

Lyoko:
Reportedly, Cyrille's avatar in lyoko looked very much like how she looks in the real world, with the addition of a massive cannon, a set of hot pants and one of the skimpiest trench coats ever envisioned. This lasted for a matter of days before she got her hands on the avatar's code. Now she stands as some sort of techno-organic Valkarie with a pair of variable function hand cannons.

Background:
Cyrille Voleur 's father is a well paid lawyer and her mother a low level politician. As such, she has never really wanted for anything. That is not to say her family is so rich that she could indulge in every whim that entered her head, but ideas of chores or a limited allowance have never really factored into her life. Unfortunately, her parents' occupations also mean they rarely have much time for her. As a younger child she was often left with a caretaker, but as she grew up this very rapidly transitioned into her taking care of herself. Left to her own devices, Cyrille found ways to entertain herself and it is not much of an exaggeration to say that it is only through her parents influence that she does not currently have a rap sheet roughly as long as she is tall.

Cyrille received her first computer, complete with a primitive dial-up modem, when she was five. It is widely agreed that this was a bad move on the part of her parents. The computer instilled an enduring love of systems in the young girl. At first this took the form of an interest in programming, but it wasn't long before she made the transition from building programs to taking them apart and security in general. From there it was only a short jump from questions of digital security to ones of physical security. She was 8 when she first wondered what was stopping her from simply picking up and walking off with a pack of sweet tarts. The answer, that time, was nothing.

Since her first, fairly innocuous, attempt at shoplifting, Cyrille has made a hobby of finding her way around rules she was not particularly fond of. These rules have ranged from simple school regulations to actual laws with fairly severe consequences. Her methods have been similarly varied, including everything from fake accounts on amazon  to worm powered botnets to straight up picking locks and breaking into places. Not surprisingly, she has not always been successful in her illicit endeavors.

Cyrille's innate intelligence and ability to plan out her entertainment with extreme detail, despite what her appearance and general demeanor might suggest, have allowed her an exceptional success rate in her endeavors and shielded her from the worst consequences of her failures.  However, occasionally, she has been forced to rely on her parents to shield her from the law. Normally, this is done more as a matter of practicality, in defense of their own careers, than any sense of parental duty. After all, it simply wouldn't do for a local prosecutor and an aspiring politician to have a criminal for a daughter.

After a rather unfortunate series of events involving 30g of lsd, 42kg of pure cocaine, one ousted Italian politico, 13 chickens, and a truck load of hookers, Cyrille's parents decided enough was enough. Or, more accurately, they decided it would be more efficient to simply ship her off, rather than to continue covering for her occasional slip-ups. With her official record still relatively clean and a desire to keep things quite, most of the traditional options for "troubled" teens were off the table. However, after a brief stint in jail, Cadic academy was quickly adopted as a sufficient solution. It was far enough away that Cyrille would be out of mind and prestigious enough that nobody would raise any questions about the decision.

At Cadic, Cyrille has opted to keep a lower profile, in large part because of heavily restricted access to her resources. Still, she does brisk trade in contraband, selling everything from pirated games to test answers and alcohol. While searching for a place to store and refine some of her more premium merchandise, she discovered an abandoned factory and a peculiar supercomputer. It goes without saying that she immediately devoted her free time to breaking into the computer and discovering it's secrets.

It was only a short time later that she would first meet Xana and the Lyoko Warriors.

The sheet

Hammy Mood Music
Name: Oliver Lowell
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Height: 177cm
Weight: 64.72kg
Eyes: Jade
Hair: Blackish something
Nationality: British

Avatar:

    Race: Human
    Eyes: Grey
    Hair: Salt and Pepper
    Height: 177cm
    Weight: 78.33kg

Description:
Oliver may seem officious, a bit uptight when it comes to what certain others (Cyrille) view as fun.  He can be a bit shy, he can be a bit standoffish, and his discipline is iron.  Which can be a disadvantage to those who are trying to get to know him.  Or fail to respect him enough.  Usually, he can simply laugh off the teasing.  Or the snide remarks.  But everyone's got limits.  Usually, he'll retreat to the nearest natural area he can, or at least back to his dorm room.  Or, if there's a silat match, he can be found there.  That is assuming, though, that his work is done.  Work always comes first with Oliver.

This workaholic attitude makes him come off as a teacher's pet of sorts.  His assignments are rarely late, usually carefully and meticulously kept, the same way as his notes, he presents himself as neat, punctual.  The obedience to his superiors drilled into him by both his father and his early schooling only help alienate him.  The one class he absolutely rebels in is art.  Nobody's sure why.  Maybe it has to do with him hating his mother.

It is amongst those who actually are his friends that the Cadet Company Sargent Major cuts loose.  Despite being deemed a social dead end, Oliver has been noted to be a lively and excellent conversational partner in mechanical, natural, and gaming topics.  He's very open about his love of games, both board, puzzle, and electronic, though for some reason he refuses to let others see what kinds he has on his computer (a gift from his father).  He's less open about his taste in comics, which range from the western (Deathstroke and Batman being his two favorites) to the Eastern (Unknown quantities of manga may or may not be hidden within his room.  No one can find the damned things, for all the rumors).  Folks who see him in a good mood might even wonder what happened to Mr. Rules and By the Book. Or at least what he's doing watching old reruns of some American cartoon called "Spawn."

Oliver is tanned, as tanned as a stereotypically Brit can be from spending most of his time outside.  Despite his only average height, he is muscular, with keen hand-eye coordination, and sharp, albeit tired eyes.  His hair is almost black, though his eyes are closer to jade, and his body is toned from life with his father, and his time in the Cadet Force.  His hair is kept relatively short, and though not always perfectly groomed, is kept far from a bed-head look.  His clothing is usually something fairly formal or military, with very little in the way of casual clothing, save for his silat and hiking gear.  These he has a lot of.  His hat of choice seems to be a beret, a military one.  Surprise surprise.  He also wears combat rigging and a harness when he hikes, or if he's in drills or training.  He never is.

Lyoko:
For a military brat and nerd like Oliver, it should come as little surprise that his avatar is clad in battlefield armor and tactical gear.  The armor encases his arms, legs, and a patch of his chest region, with pouches built in and along the belt rigging that seems to spawn with him.  The big feature, however, is the odd great coat that forms across his shoulders, and hangs like a cape.  The strangeness of the coat is how worn it is;  it actually comes to digital frays, with spots of it hanging where it has unraveled.

Background:
Cadet Company Sargent Major Oliver Lowell is a fish out of water in every sense of the word.  Taken from his comfort zone in his small home town, from his ranking position within the Army Cadet Force, as he was about to engage in the Master Cadet program no less, he's been forced to relocate to a new school in a new country with new people, where his rank and training from back home mean nothing.  In fact, they tend to get him scoffed at.

Oliver was born to a French mother and a British Father in the small county and town of Guisborough.  His father, a retired (read as put in a desk job) member of the Special Forces Support Group of the United Kingdoms Special Forces, instilled in the boy a love of the outdoors, a thorough methodology and self-reliance, a respect of rank and hierarchy, and the skills he thought every child should have from a young age.  His mother, an artist who had come from France to tour England, and perhaps find inspiration for some of her works, tried, to little avail, to "culture" the "beastly child."  The best she could do was get Oliver to enjoy reading books (something his father had already emphasized) and love comics of all kinds, east and west.  Nevertheless, she tried for seven years, before finally giving up in disgust-  her now ex-husband's "grip was too strong," her "boy's mind warped by savagery"- and leaving Oliver and his father in Guisborough, returning to France.  "I love you, my little savage, and I won't give up;"  those were her final words to the boy.

Now free to raise his son as he pleased, Oliver quickly found that he loved his father's lessons all the more. He continued growing, taking to his father's wilderness survival training, martial arts, orienteering, even as his mother's influence quietly coalesced as his father tried to get the boy to expand his horizons in thought.  Military tactical lessons shifted to the realm of the schoolyard, as Oliver happily enlisted in the Royal Army Cadet Force.  During his late childhood through to his seventeenth birthday, Oliver found he loved the training and activities, excelling at fieldcraft, orienteering, and skill at arms. His off-time and summers were spent hiking and climbing the forests and cliffs of the surrounding county.  He loved his friends that he'd made, he loved all the games and nerdy things they'd talk about, he loved his hikes and the outdoors, and he loved his life with his father.  He was even about to pass into the Master Cadet Program, for those that managed to surpass the standard four levels of the Force.

Then, a month before he could enroll, his mother finally succeeded in moving his father.  For years, she had been trying and begging for her "little savage" to come and live with her, so that she could finally educate him in the beauty of arts, of aesthetic.  Finally, she had moved his father;  the years of her coming to visit them, the years of letter and email correspondence, of a couple of weeks spent vacationing with her, it all finally tripped Oliver's father's sense of guilt.  And so, despite his protests, his pleas, and his curses, Oliver found himself with as much of his belongings as possible packed, and sent to live with his mother, in a new country, in a place with far more people than his little pond.  His mother, though eager to see him, quickly found that her "little savage" had only grown more wild without her "gentile touch."  Nothing of her arts seemed to hold him, nice clothes were found to be stuffy and unfit for movement, and he detested, detested being cooped up.  His rank, his fun was gone.  His home was across the channel, and now, his mother was sending him to some prestigious boarding school, promising him he would enjoy it.  This was how he found himself at Kalic academy three months or so ago;  friendless, out of his element, and without connections to anything he enjoyed. Especially his old woods.  But with his talents, it was only a matter of time before adventure found him.  Whether or not he had friends, those who sought combat found him. . .beneficial to have on their side.

Crunch Updated to add a melee weapon: https://www.dropbox.com/s/at9qr5gxo3k4dj4/Legend%20Code%20Lyoko%20Character%20revised.pdf

the rest is fluff ^.^

Name: Cecil Cadwell
Age: 16
Physical Description:
Cecil is thin and wiry.  He is a little below  average size for his age, but that fact is made worse by his near constant impulse to keep his head down and in his books.  His dark hair is often seen in a shambled sleepless mess.  His eyes, for those who can get Cecil to show them, are a foggy hazel that often borders on white.

Background:
Cecil was born in Guisborough England; to some....well let’s just say disciplinary parents that expected a lot of him.  He has been shuffled around from academy to academy all his life and as such he is...well let’s just say ...socially self-effacing.  Cecil was bounced from Academy to Academy as a kid.   He was expected to perform better and better, by his overbearing parents, which only kept Cecil busy at all times.  Cecil was intelligent, very intelligent, sure, but that he never really got the chance to do anything but study and such.   This was....not good for his health.  He began to abuse things like Adderall and other drugs to try and increase his performance to meet his parent’s desires, but that turned out very poorly.  He overdosed and nearly died as a result, at the age of only 14 that was not a great thing for the family to have reputation wise.  As such they decided to ship him off to a ... less rigorous academy for a while in hopes that he would outgrow what his parents’ perceived as teenage rebellion.  Since then Cecil has recovered from his addiction, and has been trying to adjust to a normal school life, rather unsuccessfully.  He has been plagued by his extreme shyness and social ineptitude, which has made him the target of bullies and general ridicule alike.

I adjusted the age of my characters, including Nick and his siblings. Nick now age 16 but still in the same grade as everyone else and Juliet is now on her last year at Cadic but she has pretty much disappeared entirely.

I found a song that I liked for my character.  Always fun trying to match music to the characters.
