State of the game address?

Hey all!
Seeing as things have been quiet news-wise for awhile, and not everyone can hop on chat at the right moments, I was thinking some sort of "State of the Game Address" so we can get a glimpse of what is going on. Perhaps people could post any goings-on they know here, and I could compile them?

Please? I would love to have some idea of what's going on in the background and what progress there has been in regards to the Monster book.  Also it would be awesome if we could get more articles in general.

At what times are game development discussed? Is there a way to access a chat log of previous discussion?

I still think it would be a very good idea to post a teaser on the home page. For a non.regular to this forum or the IRC, the game must look like it has died. And TBH, even the forums used to be more active (and were never exactly busting with activity either).
I think a teaser could help re-kindle interest here and possibly on the Playground.

For the moment, I would recommend that inquisitive minds find their way to the IRC. We'll have a post up in the near future, but until then there's not a lot to say on the front page.
