Several different approaches were proposed for a Fey track. This is the only one to have been reasonably fleshed out and reached the dev pass stage. Was scheduled to be included in the Monster Guide.

First Circle: Fine as is.

Second circle: Fine as is, power-wise, but I feel a second choice should be available.  Not all fey are big on invisibility

Third circle: Seems fine.  Wants ways to immobilize enemies.

Fourth circle: Needs a whitelist.  I'd suggest something from the Restoration line of spells?

Fifth circle: I'd probably make it within [Medium] range.  As stands, it's pretty amazing compared to, say, Discipline of the Crane's 5th circle.

Sixth circle: Should only apply to rolls made by the recipient of the ability.  No stunlocking that way.

Seventh circle: Is at-will daze with a -3 penalty getting a bit too stun-locky?
