Homebrew Races!
« on: June 13, 2012, 11:17:51 AM »
Exactly what it says on the tin- this is the thread for all your racial needs. Post your homebrew races and any associated racial tracks for fun and profit- but mostly fun. This is also the place for development of races that you need input on.

I'll start with my own:

Selkies- +2 CON, +2 DEX, -2 WIS, size [Medium]
+1 (1/8 levels) bonus to Athletics
Bonus Feat: Fish in Water

Earth Troll- +2 CON, size [Large]
+1 (1/8 levels) bonus to Geography
Bonus Feat: Earthshaper Warden, The Earth Cracks, or Towering

10 HP/level - 5 Skills

BAB- good - Good saves - Fortitude and Will

An Earth Troll chooses Earth Elemental or Mechanist Savant as their racial track.

Spore Troll- +2 DEX - size [Medium]
+1 (1/8 levels) bonus to Nature
Bonus Feats- Juggernaut, Troll Regeneration, ((Unsure of third choice))

Feat: Troll Regeneration [Racial]
Prerequisites: Spore Troll race
Your hide brings itself back together almost as quickly as your enemies can tear it apart.
Benefit: You gain [Fast Healing] equal to 1/2 your KDM, rounded down. At 5th level, your [Fast Healing] is equal to your KDM. at 10th level, your [Fast Healing] is equal to your KDM + 2.  You have [Vulnerability] to [Fire] effects.,1185.0.html - A point-buy chassis (class) system. Perfectly balanced by the judicious application of SCIENCE!

""Release your inner dwarf.  Then get him some ale!" -EspyLacopa
"I have no idea what Exelixi looks like. I just picture crow feathers and a claymore." -Fro

Here are my DM's homebrew races (I typed it up for him):,118.0.html

My Homebrew

My friend just shared this: "Remember that time Gandalf convinced the whole party to flee so that he could take out the Balrog and not have to share any of the XP? Shows up the next session with fancy new robes and everything. What a jerk."
